Thai Chicken

  • 2 pounds of chicken tenders

Marinade:

  • 1 cup crunchy natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Heinz Chili sauce
  • 1 t kosher salt
  • 1/2 t fresh ground pepper
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 T fresh grated ginger, or 1 t dry ginger
  • 5 cloves of garlic, crushed

In a mixing bowl, stir together the marinade ingredients until well incorporated.  Add the chicken to the marinade and marinate for at least two hours and as long as overnight.  Grill or bake chicken until cooked through.
