It's been just over a year since my husband and I moved into my childhood home and now, fully settled, we welcome the colder falls and winters being up north. We celebrate Christmas, and have already decorated the tree and hung the advent calendars. My grandsons downstairs eagerly await the 25th, as so many family members from the past have done so in this home.
