Birds

I love "birding." As a child my dad would walk with me in our yard and identify birds. I was amazed at what he knew. They are charming creatures with lots of personality. Lately, it occured to me that if birds can build nests, then they can make hats. This is the inspiration for the following series of birds. After painting each one, their personalities dictated that they should have names.

Here is a flock of (mostly) birds. These paintings here are acrylic on canvas in varying sizes. Due to the high turnover, most, if not all of these paintings may not be available. Therefore, I am happy to take commissions for any bird/animal, any size, and hat. Also, please call the venues listed on my What's New page and they can tell you what they have available.
